Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.mypet-paw.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Orders

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. We strive to provide accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payment must be completed before we process your order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Customized Products:
All customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by us.

Non-Customized Products:
Non-customized products may be returned within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return Process:
To start a return, please contact us at Sales@mypet-paw.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Product Images and Customization Disclaimer

Product images, previews, mockups, and design renderings are for reference only. Due to differences in manufacturing, materials, screen display, lighting, printing, and production tolerances, the final product may have slight variations in color, size, texture, position, or detail.

For customized products, minor differences between the uploaded image, preview, or design rendering and the final product are not considered defects and are not valid grounds for returns, refunds, exchanges, or after-sales claims.

If a product has a significant manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or is materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can assist.

7. User-Uploaded Content

If you upload images, text, logos, or other content for customization, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing inappropriate, illegal, or infringing content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

10. Changes to These Terms
